Thank you for shopping at DTF Central. We are committed to delivering high-quality DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers and providing excellent customer service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final.
Due to the custom nature of DTF transfers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.
Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items:
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is a mistake on our end (wrong size, image, or design), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To Be Eligible For a Replacement or Refund:
• Email us at orders@dtfcentral.net with your order number.
• Include clear photos of the item(s) in question and the packaging.
• Provide a brief description of the issue.
We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. Approved claims will receive either a replacement item or a full/partial refund, depending on the issue.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer:
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. DTF Central is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Please double-check your information at checkout.
